We’ll start with a friendly phone call to break the ice. I believe in being more than just a photographer with a camera; I aim to be a friend capturing your cherished moments. During our call, we’ll discuss styling, location, scheduling, and pricing. Every package I offer is customized around the information I get from our call and your specific needs. We don’t want to skip this step!
2. Booking and Preparation
If you feel we’re the perfect match, I’ll send over a custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule, all easily completed online. It’s hassle-free and just a few clicks away! Afterwards, we’ll pin down the date and time, officially starting our exciting journey. I’m going to walk you through the best way to keep your surprise proposal a secret so that the moment can be absolutely perfect.
3. Session Day
The big day is all about fun and zero stress. Whether we’re aiming for posed elegance or candid charm, I’ll guide you through it all, ensuring every moment is captured beautifully. And don’t worry about feeling awkward in front of the camera—I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire session! I will take a variety of photos for you to choose from upon delivery.
4. Photo Delivery and Prints
After our session, you’ll get access to your online gallery of all your wonderful images. How does the surprise proposal photography process work?
It’s simple! Once you reach out, we’ll have a consultation to discuss your vision for the proposal. We’ll work together to choose the perfect location and plan all the details. On the big day, I’ll be there, discreetly capturing every moment as it unfolds.
What if I'm not sure about the location for the proposal?
No worries at all! I know Syracuse like the back of my camera. During our consultation, we’ll talk about your preferences and what would make the moment truly special for you and your partner. Together, we’ll find the perfect spot that fits your vision.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
The time it takes to receive the final photos can vary depending on workload. On average, it takes 2-4 weeks to receive the final images.
What happens after the proposal?
After the proposal, I will hop out of the bushes (or whatever strange place I may be hiding) and introduce myself! We will then get right into the engagement session.
Will my partner suspect anything?
Not a chance! I specialize in stealth mode photography. I’ll blend into the surroundings and capture all the magic without giving away the surprise. Your partner won’t suspect a thing until after you’ve popped the question!
